Toto comes home for dinner, having spent all Wednesday afternoons outside. Mom asks what he did all afternoon.
- I first played football with friends. Then the others left, so I went to see Sandrine (the neighbor's daughter). We promised we were going to get married!
The mother finds her little toto adorable, and, not wanting to make fun of him, she continues:
- And how are you going to do for the wedding expenses?
Toto answers:
- Well, with the ten francs that Dad and you give me as pocket money every week, and the 10 francs that Sandrine harvests every week too, it should be fine.
Then the dad asks:
